1. Who We Are

XureTrade is operated by BYTECRAFT SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES ("ByteCraft", "we", "us", "our"). XureTrade is a peer-to-peer game trading and trade protection platform for game accounts, in-game items, and gaming services.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens under it. You must provide accurate information, complete required verification steps, and use XureTrade only for lawful trading activity.

3. Protected Trades

XureTrade helps structure trades with escrow-style payment holds, proof collection, confirmations, and dispute review. Sellers should deliver only through the agreed trade room process. Buyers should review delivery carefully before confirming completion.

4. Fees

XureTrade may charge buyer-paid protection fees, lobby middleman service fees, or other clearly shown fees before checkout. Sellers receive the agreed trade price unless a dispute, refund, or platform rule requires otherwise.

5. Prohibited Activity

• ›Fraud, impersonation, fake proof, chargeback abuse, or scam attempts.
• ›Using XureTrade for illegal goods, stolen accounts, or activity that violates applicable law.
• ›Harassment, threats, or attempts to move protected trades into unsafe off-platform workflows.

6. Disputes and Moderation

If a trade is disputed, lobby middlemen or XureTrade moderators may review messages, proof, delivery evidence, and verification records. We may release escrow, refund escrow, suspend accounts, or take other safety actions based on the available evidence.
