Acceptable Use Policy

1. Who Operates This Policy

XureTrade is operated by BYTECRAFT SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES ("ByteCraft", "we", "us", "our"). This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using XureTrade in the Philippines.

2. Who Must Follow This Policy

This policy applies to buyers, sellers, verified middlemen, lobby owners, moderators, and anyone who accesses or uses XureTrade.

3. Trading Rules

Users must describe listings honestly, follow the agreed trade-room process, provide accurate evidence, avoid misleading claims, and communicate respectfully with trading partners and reviewers.

4. Prohibited Items and Services

You may not use XureTrade to trade illegal goods or services, stolen accounts, hacked items, unlawfully obtained digital goods, or anything that violates applicable Philippine law or creates unacceptable safety, fraud, or compliance risk.

5. Fraud, Scams, and Impersonation

Scam attempts, fake proof, fake receipts, fake delivery evidence, impersonation of XureTrade, ByteCraft, middlemen, moderators, buyers, sellers, or payment providers are prohibited.

6. Off-Platform Manipulation

Users must not pressure others to move protected trades into unsafe off-platform workflows to avoid fees, evidence records, moderation, verification, or dispute review.

7. Harassment and Abuse

Threats, harassment, hate speech, doxxing, coercion, blackmail, or abusive behavior toward users, middlemen, moderators, or ByteCraft personnel are not allowed.

8. Platform Security and Misuse

You may not attempt to disrupt XureTrade, bypass security controls, scrape private data, use bots abusively, evade bans, create deceptive accounts, or interfere with another user's account or trade.

9. Reports and Investigations

XureTrade may review reports, trade records, account information, verification status, payment records, and other available evidence when investigating suspected policy violations.

10. Enforcement Actions

Depending on the issue, XureTrade may warn users, remove listings, freeze or cancel trades, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, remove middleman or lobby privileges, refund or release funds based on evidence, and preserve records for fraud, safety, legal, or payment-provider review.

11. Appeals or Review Requests

If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, you may contact XureTrade with relevant details. ByteCraft may review the request but does not guarantee reversal of any action.
