KYC / Verification Policy

Last updated: 27 June 2026  ·  Effective: 27 June 2026

1. Who Operates This Policy

XureTrade is operated by BYTECRAFT SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES ("ByteCraft", "we", "us", "our"). This KYC / Verification Policy explains how XureTrade may collect and review identity information to prevent fraud and support safer trades in the Philippines.

2. Why Verification Is Required

Verification helps reduce scams, impersonation, stolen-account trading, fake seller activity, payment abuse, and dispute manipulation. It also helps XureTrade review disputes more fairly when a protected trade goes wrong.

3. When We May Ask for Verification

XureTrade may ask for verification when you create an account, sell or offer services, join certain lobbies, start or continue a protected trade, receive payouts, trigger risk checks, or become involved in a dispute.

4. Information We May Collect

  • Government-issued ID photo.
  • Selfie or selfie holding ID.
  • Name, date of birth, country, account details, and contact information.
  • Trade-related proof, messages, and dispute evidence.

5. How We Use Verification Information

We use verification information to confirm identity, review seller or middleman eligibility, prevent fraud, investigate disputes, support payment-provider reviews, enforce platform rules, and comply with legal or operational obligations.

6. Who Can Access Verification Information

Verification information may be accessed only by authorized XureTrade moderators, approved dispute reviewers where necessary, payment or fraud reviewers, technical personnel with a valid operational need, or legal/compliance reviewers.

7. What Is Not Shared With Trading Partners

Your government ID photo and selfie are not shown to ordinary trading partners. A buyer or seller may see platform status indicators, but not your private verification documents.

8. Storage, Security, and Retention

We keep verification information only for as long as necessary for fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal, tax, accounting, payment-provider, and compliance purposes, subject to applicable Philippine law and our Privacy Policy.

9. Failed or Refused Verification

If verification is missing, incomplete, false, suspicious, or refused, XureTrade may restrict account features, block seller actions, pause trades, deny middleman privileges, or request additional information.

10. Fraud, Safety, and Legal Reviews

If we detect fraud, safety risk, chargeback abuse, or legal risk, ByteCraft may preserve relevant records and share information with payment providers, legal advisors, law enforcement, or regulators when appropriate and permitted by law.

11. Relationship to the Privacy Policy

This policy works together with the Privacy Policy, which explains more about how XureTrade collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data.
