Middleman / Lobby Operator Terms

Last updated: 27 June 2026  ·  Effective: 27 June 2026

1. Who Operates These Terms

XureTrade is operated by BYTECRAFT SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES ("ByteCraft", "we", "us", "our"). These Middleman / Lobby Operator Terms apply to users who create, manage, moderate, or operate XureTrade-powered lobbies in the Philippines.

2. Who These Terms Apply To

These terms apply to verified middlemen, lobby owners, lobby staff, dispute reviewers, and users who represent or manage a public XureTrade lobby.

3. Verification and Eligibility

Middlemen and lobby operators must complete required verification, provide accurate information, maintain account security, and remain in good standing. XureTrade may approve, reject, pause, or revoke lobby access based on safety, quality, fraud, or compliance concerns.

4. Lobby Owner Responsibilities

Lobby owners are responsible for keeping lobby information accurate, setting clear trade expectations, monitoring lobby activity, responding to disputes responsibly, and ensuring staff follow XureTrade rules.

5. Middleman Conduct Standards

Middlemen must act fairly, avoid conflicts of interest, review available evidence, communicate respectfully, and never use their position to pressure, threaten, deceive, or exploit buyers or sellers.

6. Fee Transparency

Any lobby or middleman service fee must be clearly shown before the buyer pays. Middleman service fees are charged to the buyer on top of the agreed trade price and XureTrade protection fees. They are not deducted from the seller payout.

7. Dispute Handling Responsibilities

Middlemen should review trade-room evidence, avoid private side deals, document decisions clearly, and escalate cases to XureTrade moderators when fraud, safety, payment, or platform-level issues require support.

8. Prohibited Middleman Conduct

Middlemen must not impersonate ByteCraft, XureTrade staff, payment providers, or other operators; request unsafe off-platform payments; manipulate evidence; collude with parties; hide fees; or move protected trades away from XureTrade to avoid records or review.

9. Branding and Public Representation

A XureTrade-powered lobby may identify itself as powered by XureTrade, but middlemen may not claim to be ByteCraft employees, official legal representatives, payment providers, or exclusive platform agents unless ByteCraft gives separate written permission.

10. Data and Privacy Responsibilities

Lobby operators must handle user information responsibly, use it only for legitimate trade and dispute purposes, and follow XureTrade privacy and security requirements. Private verification documents must not be copied, shared, or requested outside approved platform workflows.

11. Suspension, Removal, and Lobby Restrictions

XureTrade may suspend middleman privileges, restrict a lobby, remove staff, hide listings, pause trades, or terminate lobby access if safety, quality, fraud, payment, legal, or compliance concerns arise.

12. No Employment or Agency Relationship

Middlemen and lobby operators are independent users or community operators. They are not employees, agents, partners, or legal representatives of ByteCraft unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
